Why Trip Commander?

We built Trip Commander because a spreadsheet doesn't help you when it's raining, you're lost, and you have 3% battery left. You need a command center that understands the context of the trip you are actually on.

Trip Commander is mobile-first because that's where you need it. It utilizes SMS alerts because sometimes you don't have good enough data to load a complex app, but a text message will still get through. And it uses AI that is grounded in your actual trip data—it won't hallucinate a hotel booking; it knows exactly where you are supposed to be.

The Philosophy

• Tactical over Theoretical: It's great to have a dream itinerary, but what is the next move right now?
• Low Cognitive Load: When you are tired, wet, or jetlagged, buttons need to be big, and answers need to be clear.
• Safety and Fallbacks: Emergency contacts, "Back to Base" buttons, and offline-capable checklists.
